Publications
Mette authored the first book in Denmark to make use of nonfiction narratives in patient education. It was published by the Gyldendal Group and later selected by a book club for health care professionals (Fortællinger fra hjertet [Tales from the Heart], Munksgaard 2009).
Since 2011, Mette has served as the journalist behind Lundbeck Magazine, which the company issues with its annual report. In this role, she has aligned Lundbeck’s distinctive corporate identity with WHO’s key messages in mental health care, presenting a kaleidoscopic survey of national and global challenges in psychiatry.
B2B agency work
Mette has several years of experience writing copy for pharma clients. Assignments include concept and text for health care providers, public awareness campaigns, product launches, e-detailing, repositioning and corporate communications.
Picture editing
Mette helped develop the documentary visual style of the Danish National Encyclopedia and was responsible for the disciplines of history, geography, literature and military topics, and her illustrations attracted media notice.
